Vindex Law, PC exists as a result of a culmination of three things, a desire to help individuals assert their rights, to act as a check on all forms of government, and to ensure our state and nation’s laws adequately represent the principles of our nation’s founding.
Please contact us when you feel that your rights are being infringed on by the government so that we can evaluate your situation and see how we can help you protect your rights.
Vindex was a pseudonym (pen name) used by Samual Adams in the 1760’s when writing against British policies such as the Sugar Act and the Stamp Act as well as the use of a standing British army in the colonies.
Samual Adams chose the name Vindex to honor Gaius Julius Vindex a Roman senator and governor of a Gaul province who rebelled against Nero due to Nero’s policies and heavy taxes.
Founder and managing attorney Adam Bryson chose the name Vindex for the law firm to signify his belief that the government is the enemy of the people regardless of what pollical faction may be in power at any given time. Vindex Law, PC does not represent any government agencies or actors in order to ensure there are no conflicts of interest to prevent the firm from filing lawsuits on behalf of the people against the government.
Mr. Bryson is a Marine Corps veteran, and he credits the Marine Corps with providing him with the resilience and fighting spirit he possesses. One lesson Mr. Bryson has taken to heart and has been able to apply to his practice of law is that the best way to avoid a fight is to make sure that you’re ready and willing to fight when needed. Most cases, whether civil or criminal, are resolved before trial.
Mr. Bryson realizes this truth, but he treats and prepares every case he works on as if it will go to trial. Mr. Bryson does this by preparing and doing all the motion work necessary to prepare a case for trial in the very early stages of the case. Mr. Bryson simultaneously works with the other side’s attorneys to try and negotiate a resolution suitable for both parties.
However, Mr. Bryson is ready and willing to take a case to trial when a mutual resolution is not able to be reached. Mr. Bryson is prepared to fully litigate your case if that’s what is necessary for you to reach a result that is suitable to your needs.
Mr. Bryson graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Business Management from Park University. He then obtained his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. While at Rutgers Law School Mr. Bryson was an Articles Editor and then a Managing Articles Editor on the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. He also interned for the New Jersey Attorney General Division on Civil Rights and the New Jersey Public Defender’s Office.
